No-Bake Buckaroo Bites

With only 5 ingredients, these oatmeal balls are a healthy and delicious snack!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c Rolled Overnight Oats

  • 1/3c Maple Syrup

  • 1/2c Ground Flaxseed

  • 1/2c Almond Butter (or butter spread of choice)

  • 1/2c Chocolate Chips

  • Mix all ingredients into bowl. Once mixed, forum balls with an ice cream scoop or your hands. If they seem to be a little sticky, throw them in the fridge for 10-15 mins. Store in sealed container in the refrigerator.
